Quality policy at ADC
In order to keep and to expand its position in the market, it is important for ADC to work on quality optimization in all areas of both premises in Menden and Port Elizabeth. The ADC quality standard is always an important reference and is the focus of our company's conception. In order to achieve customer satisfaction, the following ADC directives are of highest imperatives:

• The company's aims depend on the demands of our clients and the market, and are being implemented according to ecological requirements.
• Our team-work is co-ordinated and comprehensive. Developing projects overlap divisions and departments. For us, the prevention of error is more important than correcting it at a later stage.
• All employees are instrumentally involved in pursuance and conversion of the company's aims, and are working continuously on the process of improvement. Satisfied employees achieve above-average results.
• The ADC management system is closely connected to the management system of its parent company HJS and currently corresponds to the international standards DIN EN ISO 9002 and TS16949.

All employees are requested to be personally responsible for a continuous improvement of the quality management system. We are convinced that we have a positive outlook for our company due to the quality standard we have achieved and the consequent follow-up of these standards
